About the Opportunity

Dutees is looking for energetic and commercially driven Telesales / Pre-Sales / Inside Sales Executives to join our growing sales team in Bangalore.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, understanding business requirements, following up consistently and converting enquiries into orders.

You will work with incoming and prospective B2B customers, introduce relevant Dutees products, share product and commercial information, follow opportunities through the sales pipeline and coordinate internally until the order is successfully closed.

What You Will Do

• Connect with new and existing customers through phone, WhatsApp, email and digital enquiries.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Dutees products.
• Handle incoming sales leads and conduct timely follow-ups.
• Share catalogues, product information, pricing and quotations with customers.
• Build relationships with prospects and move opportunities towards conversion.
• Maintain an active pipeline and follow up on open enquiries until closure.
• Identify potential repeat and additional business opportunities from customers.
• Update all customer interactions, follow-ups and sales opportunities accurately in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams for stock availability, quotations, order processing and dispatch.
• Follow up on payments and collections wherever required.
• Work towards defined monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Provide regular updates on leads, pipeline, conversions and expected business.

Who We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, Pre-Sales, Virtual Sales, B2B Sales or a similar customer-facing sales role.
• Strong spoken English and Hindi.
• Confident telephone and WhatsApp communication.
• Good negotiation and customer-handling ability.
• Comfortable working with CRM, Excel and digital sales tools.
• Strong follow-up discipline and a target-oriented mindset.
• Ability to understand products quickly and communicate their value clearly.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
