Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and result-oriented Junior Sales Executive to join our Sales & Business Development team.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating business leads, connecting with medical device manufacturers and healthcare companies, introducing company services and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into clients.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales and business development are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling and online research.
• Research potential clients, including medical device manufacturers, MedTech startups, healthcare companies and pharmaceutical organizations.
• Contact prospective clients and introduce Operon Strategist's services.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams to suggest suitable solutions.
• Schedule client meetings, presentations and business discussions.
• Follow up with prospective customers through calls, emails and LinkedIn.
• Maintain and update lead databases, sales pipelines and CRM records.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations and sales reports.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows and industry events.
• Achieve assigned monthly lead generation, meeting and sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Coordinate with senior sales executives and management to support business development activities.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy or a related field.

Required Experience & Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation or client acquisition.
• Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills can apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic understanding of sales and business development processes.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and LinkedIn.
• Ability to conduct online research and identify potential business prospects.
• Good presentation, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to learn about medical devices, healthcare regulations and MedTech consulting services.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in B2B sales or service-based sales.
• Knowledge of medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare or biotechnology.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools and email marketing.
• Ability to communicate with domestic and international clients.
