Job Description

We are seeking a self-motivated and energetic Junior Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. Fresh graduates and experienced professionals are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers

· Generate leads and follow up to achieve sales targets

· Present products effectively and conduct product demonstrations

· Prepare quotations, proposals, and maintain sales documentation

· Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment

· Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives

· Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries promptly

· Report daily sales activities and pipeline status to the Sales Manager

Qualifications & Requirements

· Education: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)

· Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

· Attributes: Self-motivated, energetic, target-driven, and team player

· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits

· For Freshers: ₹12,000 per month + TA

· For Experienced: Competitive salary (discussed face-to-face)

Work Location: Field and client visits throughout Kolkata metro

Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PMSaturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
