This position is for a time-bound research project on the theoretical exploration of nonlinear Quantum optical interactions in the attosecond pulse regime sponsored by SERB (CRG). **Role Overview:** As a Junior Research Fellow (Project Assistant)-1, your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the research project on nonlinear Quantum optical interactions. You will work under the guidance of the project supervisor and collaborate with the research team at the Amity Institute of Applied Sciences. **Key Responsibilities:** - Contribute to the theoretical exploration of nonlinear Quantum optical interactions in the attosecond pulse regime - Assist the project supervisor in conducting experiments and analyzing data - Prepare research reports and presentations - Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of Quantum optics - Any other tasks assigned by the project supervisor related to the research project **Qualifications Required:** - Masters Degree (M.Sc./MS/M.Tech) in Physics / Chemistry / Chemical Sciences/Chemical Engineering) with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University - Desirable qualification: NET/GATE qualified - Knowledge of computer programming will be considered a bonus The duration of this position is 3 years, until March 2027, with a monthly compensation of Rs 31,000 + HRA (24%): Rs 7,440, totaling Rs 38,440 per month. The age limit for applicants is 28 years.
