Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Raw Material Testing:
Conduct routine testing of all incoming raw materials as per standard specifications and maintain proper records.
In-Process & Finished Product Testing:
Verify and approve the product at different stages, including final QC clearance before dispatch.
Technical Documentation:
Prepare and update TDS (Technical Data Sheets) for the all type products and also maintain the documents for various laboratory instruments.
Competitor Analysis:
Periodically test competitor samples and maintain comparative quality records.
Laboratory Management:
Ensure calibration, upkeep, and efficient functioning of all QC laboratory instruments.
Product Development Support:
Assist R&D in developing new grades and improving existing product formulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry or related field.
Experience:
02 years of experience in a QC laboratory (preferably in chemical, polymer, or paint industry).
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of analytical instruments (e.g., pH meter, viscometer, spectrophotometer, etc.) and chemical testing procedures.
Soft Skills:
Good analytical ability, attention to detail, documentation accuracy, teamwork, and time management.
