Job Description We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented QA Interns to join our dynamic software product team. This role is designed for fresh graduates who have completed their degree within the last year and are eager to kickstart their career in quality assurance. As a QA Intern, you will contribute to ensuring the quality of our software products by performing testing, identifying bugs, and collaborating with our development team to deliver reliable and high-performing software. Responsibilities Product Familiarity : Learn and develop a solid understanding of our software products to support testing efforts. Testing Execution : Conduct manual testing of software features and functionalities, following provided test cases and guidelines. Bug Identification and Reporting : Identify, document, and track software defects, collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution. Test Case Support : Assist in creating and reviewing test cases under the guidance of senior QA team members. Collaboration : Work closely with developers and other team members to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables. Requirements Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, completed within the last 12 months. Academic Record : Strong academic performance with a minimum GPA of 8.5 or equivalent. Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate issues and collaborate effectively with the team. Technical Skills : Basic understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies. Soft Skills : Strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to Agile development methodologies through academic projects or coursework. Completion of ISTQB Foundation Level or similar certification. Exposure to using AI tools for generating content, such as test cases or documentation. Passion for technology and a desire to grow in quality assurance.
