Job Description

As a junior process owner at TransUnion, you will be responsible for managing a set of capabilities globally that support TransUnion business customers or internal business partners. You will serve as a key point of contact between the technology team, journey owner, and operations stakeholders. Your role will involve delivering the roadmap for your capability set to provide maximum value while aligning with the overall operations strategy. You will also be involved in successfully delivering small-to-medium projects and change initiatives, including stakeholder management for specific processes. Your work will involve collaborating within multiple evolving development methodologies such as iterative Agile and sequential Waterfall programs and projects. You will be the day-to-day point-of-contact, providing continual business guidance to the development teams based on input and alignment with the journey owner. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with prioritizing the execution team's work to align with journey owner and/or business unit strategies - Manage and orchestrate activities for completion and proper documentation of business requirements - Validate metrics as appropriate for methodology and enterprise controls Qualifications Required: - Ability to understand and communicate cross-functional initiatives and technologies to business stakeholders - Experience with Salesforce requirements gathering or willingness to learn Salesforce standards - Clear articulation of business needs and goals, establishing priorities across multiple business stakeholders - Understanding of the full software development lifecycle or ability to gain, deliver in an agile environment - Ability to achieve Salesforce certifications In this role, you will serve as the conduit to the journey owner or internal business partners, working with various business, IT, and product stakeholders. You will partner with sponsors, stakeholders, and IT to facilitate, define, and document relevant business processes, use cases, and requirements for small-to-medium projects and change initiatives. Your role will involve communicating status and questions back to journey owners, planning and executing work with the SCRUM/Kanban team in alignment with journey owner priorities, and identifying opportunities for process optimization.
