Job Title: Junior Planning Engineer (Male Candidate only) Reports to: Planning Head Location: Ratnagiri (Maharashtra) Job Type: Full-time Nyati Group is a leading construction company specializing in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Planning Engineer to join our team. Job Summary: The Junior Planning Engineer will assist in the development and implementation of project plans, Client Co-ordination, schedules, and resource allocation for EPC projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction planning principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the development of project schedules, including creating and updating Gantt charts, resource allocation plans, and milestone trackers. 2. Coordinate with project teams to gather and analyse data for planning and scheduling purposes. 3. Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective actions. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 2. 2-5 years of experience in planning and scheduling, preferably in EPC projects. 3. Proficiency in planning and scheduling software, such as Primavera P6, MS Project. 4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
