We're Hiring: Facility Manager / Property Manager Residential Bungalow ( Company Owner ) Nyati Group is looking for a Facility Manager / Property Manager to oversee operations at our owner's premium residence, "Nest." This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional to ensure seamless management and coordination. Key Responsibilities: Single Point of Contact Report directly to Mrs. Nyati and manage all matters related to "Nest." Task & Vendor Management – Oversee service providers, maintain equipment history, and ensure smooth operations. Technical Oversight – Stay updated on new technologies, manage electrical, mechanical, plumbing, security, and IT systems (CCTV, music, internet, etc.). Team Coordination – Work closely with internal and external teams to maintain high service standards. Event & Emergency Handling – Be prepared to manage sudden events, conduct training, and ensure a stocked inventory for seamless operation. Performance & Inspections – Conduct staff performance reviews, maintain checklists, and ensure timely upkeep of all systems. Job Location - Koregao Park, Pune.
