Junior Placement Coordinator

Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate recruiters, HR professionals, and industry partners to secure job opportunities for students. Organize on-campus and off-campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and internship opportunities . Conduct soft skills training, mock interviews, resume-building workshops, and career counseling sessions . Collaborate with faculty to align training programs with industry requirements. Assist students in resume preparation, interview techniques, and professional etiquette . Track placement records and provide periodic reports to management. Develop MOUs and partnerships with companies for campus hiring. Stay updated on industry trends and required skill sets to ensure students are job-ready. Coordinate with alumni networks to enhance placement opportunities. Ensure 100% placement assistance and high employer satisfaction.
