Junior Physiotherapist

· Patient Assessment: · Conduct thorough physical examinations & take detailed patient history, including medical conditions, lifestyle factors, and current symptoms. · Treatment Planning: · Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and assessment findings (appropriate therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercise prescription, modalities like heat/ice therapy, and electrotherapy) · Therapeutic Interventions: · Perform manual therapy techniques such as soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization, and stretching. · Patient Education: · Provide clear instructions on exercise programs, Discuss pain management techniques and lifestyle modifications. · Collaboration: · Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals like doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists to coordinate patient care. · Documentation and Reporting: · Maintain detailed patient records including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries. · Clinical Counseling: · Prepare reports for records and further reference.
