Role Overview: As a Junior Migration Advisor at B.S.B. International Career Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for providing high quality, efficient, and non-discriminatory migration guidance regarding permanent residency abroad. Your role will involve ensuring that migration applications meet the standards set by countries, studying and researching various VISA, JOB, and MIGRATION policies, coordinating with clients for their immigration needs, managing paperwork accurately and timely, and assessing applications for migration in accordance with migration law and policies. Key Responsibilities: - Provide high quality, efficient, and non-discriminatory migration guidance regarding permanent residency abroad - Ensure migration applications meet the standards set by countries and provide clients with a firm, speedy, and fair service - Study and research various VISA, JOB, and MIGRATION policies of different countries - Coordinate with clients for their immigration needs and ensure accurate and timely completion of paperwork - Assess applications for migration in accordance with migration law and policies - Maintain confidentiality of company and client information - Manage client expectations, deadlines, costs, and timing - Conduct consultations through Telephone, Email, and Face to Face meetings - Follow up regularly with clients for immigration - Propose measures to improve and streamline Visa procedures - Conduct thorough research and analyze market trends to form marketing strategies Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in the sales industry, preferably in the Immigration industry - Good spoken English with excellent communication skills and convincing ability - Strong base knowledge about the immigration industry and updated about changing norms - Knowledge about world affairs including climate, geography, politics, education, travel, and time-zones - Fluency in English and experience in Immigration procedures - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software related to Migration - Creativity, innovation, target-orientation, ambition, responsibility, and commitment - Patience and maturity to handle sales pressure and deliver best results - Accessibility to clients to gain their trust - Genuine, empathetic communication, listening, and professional persona - Professional judgment and discretion from experience in the field - Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges (Note: Additional details about the company were not included in the provided Job Description),
