SEO CONTENT WRITER

Role Overview: You will be working as an SEO Content Writer at B.S.B International Career Pvt Ltd, a leading ISO 9001:2015 certified Immigration consultancy based in Kolkata. Your main responsibility will be to write compelling and original articles on various topics to enhance the company's online presence and visibility to catch the search engine's attention. Additionally, you will collaborate with the SEO team, brainstorm new ideas, manage and promote the company blog, and optimize website content for SEO purposes. Key Responsibilities: - Write compelling and original articles with titles, headings, and descriptions, ensuring keyword densities are met - Maintain good relations with team members from other branches, especially the SEO team - Collaborate with the team to generate new ideas and strategies - Actively manage and promote the company blog, and pitch articles to relevant third-party platforms - Edit and proofread articles to ensure accuracy - Implement various elements of the company's content marketing strategy - Optimize current website copy for SEO (page titles, meta descriptions, H1s, etc.) - Prepare a keyword portfolio and incorporate keywords into articles effectively - Conduct research for new keywords and create content to increase website traffic - Write SEO-friendly copy for various platforms including websites, blogs, articles, and social media - Analyze content marketing metrics and make necessary adjustments - Write articles for press and other PR purposes - Involve in infographic creation and promotion - Transcribe and create videos for SlideShare Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree with preferred majors in English, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising, or Communications - 3-7 years of experience in writing for a large agency or company - Working knowledge of SEO and its application in content marketing - Good interpersonal skills and communication at all levels of management - Basic knowledge of HTML - Experience with WordPress and Blogger (preferred) - Ability to evolve strategies quickly and effectively - Alignment with company policies and adherence to them - Extensive knowledge about the company and brand, confident in producing work across multiple platforms - Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with keyword placement and SEO strategies Please note that transparency is crucial during the recruitment process, and candidates must respond to the criteria mentioned seriously.
