Junior Media Buying Executive

As a Junior Media Buying Executive at ConnectHub, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing performance advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. Your main tasks will include planning, launching, and analyzing ad campaigns to drive results, ensuring a strong return on ad spend (ROAS). Key Responsibilities: - Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google Ads. - Monitor performance metrics like CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates to improve ad efficiency. - Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies. - Use Google Analytics and other tools to track and analyze campaign performance. - Collaborate with the design team to create ad creatives or use Canva for quick design edits. - Write compelling ad copies in English to drive engagement and conversions. - Research market trends, audience behavior, and competitors to refine strategies. - Manage ad budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI. Requirements: - 1 to 3 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically on Meta & Google Ads. - Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics. - Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools. - Proficiency in English for ad copywriting. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns. - Own mode of transport (preferred due to office location in Achrol, Jaipur).
