Junior Manual Tester - Immediate Joiner

Job Description:

We are looking for a Manual Tester with 6 months to 2 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore (onsite). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manual testing and be available to join immediately.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Understand business and functional requirements
• Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing
• Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools
• Work closely with developers and business teams to resolve issues
• Participate in test planning, test execution, and test reporting
• Ensure product quality before release

Required Skills:

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Manual Testing
• Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC
• Experience in writing test cases and test scenarios
• Knowledge of defect life cycle
• Familiarity with testing tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar
• Good communication and analytical skills

Good to Have:

• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Exposure to API testing
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
