Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Handling the complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing
Sourcing candidates through internal database, job portals, social network, and advertisement
Taking initial screening rounds, understanding their competencies & skillsets
Coordinating between the candidate & the panel during the entire recruitment process
Ensuring timely follow-ups with candidates until they complete all the levels of the interview
Regularly follow-up with offered candidates to get them on board without fail
Sending updates weekly basis to show the current hiring status
