Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Junior IT Assistant to support our daily IT operations and client-based service tasks. This is an entry-level position ideal for freshers who are eager to start their career in the IT field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide basic IT support to internal team and clients
• Assist in hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Maintain IT asset records and documentation
• Support day-to-day tasks like system formatting, printer installation, and LAN setup
• Visit client locations (occasionally) for minor support tasks
• Help in stock entry and basic data entry work as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma / Graduate in any stream
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and software
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn
• Must be from Vadodara or nearby areas
• Own two-wheeler preferred (not mandatory)
