Junior Investor Relations & Banking Coordination Associate

As we scale, we are strengthening our investor relations and banking coordination capabilities and are seeking a smart, energetic junior professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage communication across multiple stakeholders with confidence. Stockwell Solar Services Pvt Ltd (SSSPL), founded in 2017 by IIT alumni, specializes in Solar and BESS OPEX/RESCO business models, delivering comprehensive renewable energy solutions. With 150+ MW of operational solar assets and over 500 MW currently under construction, we are positioned as a leading player in the clean energy transition.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in communication and scheduling with investors, merchant bankers, and banks
• Prepare and organize documents for financial discussions, due-diligence, and fundraising activities
• Support investor relations activitiesemail updates, follow-ups, meeting notes
• Maintain databases, trackers, and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of required information
• Conduct basic research and compile reports as needed

Requirements:

• 110 years of experience in finance, investor relations, consulting, or related fields
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good understanding of basic finance terms
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and documentation
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
