Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Junior Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of interior design principles, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency in industry-standard software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design tools. You will work alongside experienced designers to create innovative, stylish, and functional interior spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on 2D floor plans and layouts, ensuring functional and aesthetic spaces
• Prepare detailed drawings and designs using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
• Assist with space planning, material selection, and furniture arrangements
• Collaborate with senior designers to develop and refine design concepts
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure design execution aligns with project goals
• Ensure design projects are completed on time and within budget
• Prepare presentations, mood boards, and other visual aids for client meetings

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in interior design or a similar field
• Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, vendors, and team members
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate and work efficiently within a team while maintaining individual responsibility
• Creative Mindset: A strong sense of creativity, with the ability to translate design concepts into real-world spaces
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
