Junior Industrial And Production Engineer

You will have the opportunity to participate in on-the-job training across various manufacturing departments such as production, quality control, maintenance, and supply chain. Your main responsibilities will include assisting in monitoring and enhancing manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met. You will collaborate with senior engineers and production managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of workflow and operations. Furthermore, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting production data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Your role will involve helping to implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma practices, as well as providing support in troubleshooting machinery and technical issues. Additionally, you will contribute to cost-reduction initiatives and waste management programs, and prepare reports and presentations for management review.
