Quickbase also supports prototyping and application architecture We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior GTM Operations Analyst to support our dynamic Business Operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, optimizing workflows, and supporting day-to-day operations. The analyst will be responsible for collecting and analyzing key GTM data, maintaining data integrity, and assisting in process improvements to drive operational efficiency. Responsibilities: GTM Operations & Support: - Assist with GTM operations tasks, including lead and opportunity management, account segmentation, and territory updates. - Manage day-to-day support requests for GTM systems (Salesforce, Gong, Gainsight, Outreach, Slack), escalating complex issues as needed. - Maintain and enforce data integrity best practices within Salesforce and other GTM tools. - Execute routine system audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to improve operational workflows. - Assist in onboarding and training for sales teams on GTM tools and processes. Data Collection & Analysis: - Collect, clean, and analyze sales and customer data to provide actionable insights to GTM teams. - Support revenue, retention, and renewal motions by identifying trends and gaps in pipeline, customer engagement, and deal progression. - Generate reports and dashboards in Salesforce and other analytics tools to track key performance metrics. - Help identify inefficiencies in processes through data analysis and recommend potential optimizations. Qualifications: - 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar analytical role. - Basic understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and GTM tools. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.) is a plus. - Excellent attention to detail with a proactive and problem-solving mindset. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multiple teams.,
