About the Role (Overview)

We are looking for a passionate and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, exceptional photo retouching skills, and experience in both digital and print design. You should be a team player who thrives in a fastpaced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining creativity and quality in your work.

How You Will Add Value (Core responsibilities)

• Design and develop visually engaging creatives for digital and print platforms.
• Retouch and edit photos with precision and creativity.
• Collaborate with marketing, branding, and other cross-functional teams to deliver
• impactful designs.
• Ensure consistency in brand guidelines across all visuals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices.

What You Bring to The Team (Experience & Education)

• Required proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Corel Draw.
• Strong knowledge of photo retouching, digital, and print design.
• Creative thinker with artistic ability and a passion for visual storytelling.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver quality results within deadlines.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
