Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our design and marketing team. The designer will work on website graphics, social media creatives, and marketing materials while maintaining brand consistency and delivering high-quality visuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design website banners and graphics.
• Create social media posts and ad creatives.
• Assist in basic UI layout design.
• Prepare brochures and marketing materials.
• Follow brand guidelines consistently.
• Make quick revisions based on feedback.
• Manage design files and assets.
• Keep up with design and social media trends.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (Figma is a plus).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
• Ability to create optimized graphics for web and social media.
• Basic knowledge of exporting assets in correct formats and resolutions.

Soft Skills

• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to feedback.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
