Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Graphic Designer located in New Delhi. The Junior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs, developing branding materials, and working on various design projects, including logos, marketing collateral, and digital assets. Collaborating with the marketing and content teams, the Junior Graphic Designer will follow design briefs, ensure project deadlines are met, and maintain brand consistency across all creative work.

Job Responsibilities:

Create simple and attractive designs for social media, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.

Assist in developing and maintaining brand elements such as logos, colors, and fonts.

Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements.

Follow design briefs and deliver creative work on time.

Edit and prepare images and graphics for use in various projects.

Ensure all designs match the company's branding and maintain consistency.

Manage multiple design tasks and complete them within deadlines.

Stay updated with basic design trends to improve the quality of work.

Organize and prepare final design files for printing or digital use.
