Junior Graphic Designer

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our design team. You'll assist in creating visual content across various platforms, supporting marketing, branding, and digital initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong eye for design and a passion for visual storytelling to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation of digital and print marketing materials including social media graphics, email campaigns, brochures, posters, and advertisements.
• Support the senior designer with concept development and visual execution.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project needs and deliver visually compelling solutions.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets.
• Prepare and optimise files for web, print, and production.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design and branding.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other design tools is a plus.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative design skills and versatility.
• Excellent attention to detail, typography, and layout.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Willingness to take feedback and learn from senior designers.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing principles is a plus.

Desirable Skills:

• Motion graphics or video editing experience (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web design support.
• Photography or illustration skills.

Pay: ₹9,252.67 - ₹20,000.00 per month
