Junior Graphic Designer

You will be joining our design team as a Junior Graphic Designer, where your creativity and attention to detail will be vital in creating engaging visuals for digital and print media. Your responsibilities will include designing graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, and marketing materials. You will collaborate with senior designers to develop visual concepts and branding materials, while also editing and enhancing images, illustrations, and layouts. Ensuring consistency in design across all platforms and materials will be a key aspect of your role. It is essential to stay updated with the latest design trends and tools, as well as collaborate with marketing and content teams to produce compelling visuals. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing print-ready and digital files while upholding design quality standards. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. A basic understanding of layout, typography, and color theory is required, along with strong creativity and attention to detail. You must be open to feedback and capable of making necessary revisions. Good communication and teamwork skills are essential for effective collaboration with various teams. While a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred, it is not mandatory. Any experience with video editing and motion graphics would be advantageous. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift and fixed schedule.
