Job Description

The Junior Process & Solution Key User - Vendor Master Data supports process/solution development, improvements, and implementation of standard processes/solution on a local site and organizational unit including any adaptations or variants. You will play a crucial role in supporting end users and ensuring the full utilization of processes and solutions. Your responsibilities will include maintaining Vendor master data management processes and standards, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data across various systems and platforms. Additionally, you will conduct data quality assignments, analyze business issues, and propose solutions before initiating formal change requests. Your role will involve collaborating with the Business Process Developer/Solution Leader to bring business knowledge and requirements from users, as well as participating in acceptance tests and approving/rejecting user acceptance tests for new solution releases. As a Process & Solution Key User, you will be responsible for identifying root causes to define process and solution improvement areas, proposing solutions, and escalating when necessary. You will also serve as the single point of contact for end users regarding questions about the process/solutions, including access requests. Furthermore, you will address IT end user questions, act as a point of escalation to ITS support, and register change requests with the IT team. Your role will also involve communicating and anchoring process/solution improvement proposals, supporting the implementation of standard processes/solutions, and identifying training needs in cooperation with the Business Process Developer and/or Solution Leader. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in the accounting area, with Vendor Master Data experience strongly preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills, effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work in shifts are essential prerequisites. You must be detail-oriented, possess a professional attitude, and be reliable. Proficiency in SAP ECC or S/4 and Microsoft Office is required.
