Junior Garment Technician – Fittora (Luxury-Tech Fashion Startup)

About the Role

At Fittora, we combine AI-powered fashion innovation with the artistry of luxury tailoring. We’re looking for a Junior Garment Technician who is passionate about fashion and eager to learn the technical side of garment development. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or entry-level candidates who want hands-on exposure to Western wear, including suits, dresses, coats, occasionwear, and leisurewear for men and women.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn how to translate design concepts into technical specifications and basic tech packs.
• Support in preparing specification sheets for sizing, fabrics, trims, and garment construction.Assist senior garment technicians and designers in sample development and fittings.
• Observe and take part in quality checks on garments during sampling and production.
• Maintain an organized record of fabrics, trims, swatches, and documentation.Provide support in day-to-day production coordination and pre-production activities.Gain knowledge in fit standards, construction techniques, and finishing processes.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Fashion Technology, Apparel Production, or related field.
• Basic understanding of garment construction and fabrics (academic knowledge acceptable).
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced fashion-tech environment.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and communication skills.
• Passionate about luxury fashion, tailoring, and innovation.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
