Junior FP&A Analyst

KeyResponsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports and forecasts
• Support budgeting processes and variance analysis across departments
• Maintain and enhance financial models for planning and decision-making
• Analyze business performance metrics and provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret financial data
• Participate in ad hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 23 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis
• Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with financial modeling
• Familiarity with ERP systems and BI tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI)
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
