Responsibilities

• Managing the clients and applications for master's programs.
• Assisting with the application submission for funded PhD programs.
• Scheduling and handling the sales calls for master's and PhD enquiries.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Conditions for employment

1. This is a permanent position which requires you to exclusively work with us Monday to Saturday, 09:00 am to 05:00 pm. Yeah, the typical 9-5 work hours.

2. The work could be done completely remote; however, you have to be present at our office in Kollam on request without fail if needed on any day.

3. The first two months are your training period, and you have to be present at our office every day until the two-month training period is over. This period is to see if both our work culture and principles align.

4. The salary during the training period would be 20,000/- per month, and we will increase this after your training period. We can pay up to 40,000/- per month, but the hike would be gradual based on your accountability, attitude towards work and of course, the results. We would happily increase the pay further as our firm grows, because we believe in a win-win situation.

5. Further, we are a small team of 5 permanent employees and a few consultants who work on a contract basis. Consultants are based in the USA, Germany, etc., and team members work from the comfort of their homes or travel and work. We work as a team, share the load from each department when things get busy. So we would want you to be knowledgeable in each of our departments.

Qualifications

There is no specific requirement for a degree or qualifications. The work would be challenging, so anyone capable of handling it is the right fit.
