Junior Executive - Finance & Accounting

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Professional to join our team. This role involves managing key financial processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable/Receivable:

• Process vendor invoices and employee expense claims.
• Ensure timely payment of vendor invoices.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Process customer invoices and collect payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and prepare bank reconciliations.

Tax Compliance:

• Calculate and remit TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and GST (Goods and Services Tax).
• Prepare and file tax returns.

General Accounting:

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Maintain accurate financial records.
• Support other accounting functions as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Good knowledge of TDS and GST regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
