Junior Executive – Agri & Sustainability Certifications

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Certifications at Navi Mumbai, India for JUNIOR EXECUTIVE – AGRI & SUSTAINABILITY CERTIFICATIONS.

As a Junior Executive you will be responsible to for contracting, planning and providing transaction certificates to clients and ensure efficient communication with the clients.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Verification and review of contracting related client documents (application, legal documents, export documents etc.)
• Determination of risks of processes and/or products specific for the assigned standard/ modules
• Preparation of Transaction Certificates (TCs)
• Organize, update and maintain operational data and files
• Liaison with auditors and certifiers to depute qualified auditors for audits
• Liaison with clients to ensure complete and correct documents are received to process the contracting and issue of TCs
• Coordinate and communicate with clients for contracting, planning, invoicing and TCs process
• Delegated tasks by Manager – Operations/ Certifier
• Maintaining good relationship with the clients
• Record keeping and storage of files, while maintaining traceability
• Maintaining upto date files in the system + hardcopy as per procedures
• Keeping abreast of developments, issues and legislative changes pertaining to agriculture

Requirements

• Graduate in Agriculture or related science discipline
• Minimum 2 year of experience in agriculture or related industry
• Experience of document review and coordination in a Certification Body is preferred
• Knowledge of agriculture industry: products and processes would be advantageous
• Excellent Proficiency with MS Office
• Good command of English: in speech and in writing
• Fast learner with strong interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
