Junior Engineer - Tool Room

• Assist in the manufacture, fitting, and assembly of injection moulds and tooling as per design specifications.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of moulds to minimize downtime.
• Support in mould trials, troubleshooting mould-related issues, and implementing improvements.
• Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities, tool history cards, and part change records.
• Collaborate with production and design teams to resolve tooling-related problems.
• Assist in mould modifications, polishing, and finishing work to meet dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
• Maintain housekeeping, 5S, and safety standards in the tool room.
• Support the continuous improvement of tooling and mould performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
