Job Description

Conduct day-to-day
quality checks
for
Ready Mix Concrete (RMC)
and site works.
Perform
laboratory and field tests
such as
slump test, cube casting, compressive strength test, aggregate testing, and material sampling.
Assist in preparing and maintaining
QA/QC documentation, test reports, calibration records, and checklists.
Monitor material quality cement, sand, aggregates, admixtures, and reinforcement steel – as per IS codes and project specifications.
Coordinate with batching plant staff for maintaining quality of RMC production and delivery.
Conduct
site inspections
to ensure compliance with quality standards in structural and finishing works.
Support in resolving quality issues by reporting non-conformities and recommending corrective actions.
Assist QA/QC Engineers and Managers in audits, approvals, and client inspections.
Ensure safety and adherence to statutory norms during testing and quality inspections.
