JUNIOR ENGINEER

• Assist senior engineers in planning, designing, and execution of civil engineering projects including buildings, roads, drainage systems, and other infrastructure works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and statutory regulations throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.


• Supervise on-site construction activities on a day-to-day basis, monitor work progress, coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site staff, and ensure that materials, manpower, and equipment are utilized efficiently to meet quality standards, timelines, and budgetary requirements.


• Prepare and maintain technical documentation such as site reports, measurement books, work schedules, bills of quantities, estimates, and progress reports, while accurately recording project data for review by senior management and for audit or compliance purposes.


• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and basic testing of construction materials like concrete, steel, and aggregates, identify deviations or defects, report issues promptly, and support corrective actions to ensure structural integrity and long-term durability of civil works.
