Job Summary:

The Junior Engineer will assist in daily site operations, monitor construction activities, maintain records, and support senior staff in ensuring that projects meet technical and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily site supervision and execution as per drawings and specifications
Record material consumption, labor deployment, and daily progress
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
Ensure work is done as per safety standards and engineering best practices
Report any deviations or site issues to the senior engineer
Prepare and submit daily site reports and measurements
Support in quality checks and inspections

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
0-3 years of experience in construction / real estate projects
Good understanding of site practices and construction methods
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel
Willingness to learn and grow under senior guidance
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
