Junior Engineer Electrical & ELV Design

As an Electrical or Electronics Engineering graduate, you will be responsible for supporting the design and development of electrical and ELV systems, such as lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and data networks. Your role will involve assisting in the creation of electrical and ELV layouts, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and riser diagrams using tools like AutoCAD or Revit. You will also be involved in technical documentation tasks, including aiding in the preparation of design calculations, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and technical specifications. Additionally, you will be required to assist in compiling tender documents and reviewing contractor submittals to ensure project accuracy. Ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards, such as IEC, NEC, BS, and local regulations, will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with senior engineers and other discipline teams, participation in project meetings, and coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors will also be essential to maintain design consistency and project success. Proficiency in engineering and drafting software tools like AutoCAD, Revit, Dialux/Relux, and ETAP is necessary for performing design and analysis tasks effectively. Continuous learning and development in new technologies and industry trends, as well as active participation in training sessions, are encouraged to contribute to your professional growth. This position is open to candidates with 0-2 years of experience, including freshers. It is a full-time role based in Trivandrum, Kerala, with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day, and a yearly bonus is provided.
