Junior Engineer (CIVIL)

As a Junior Civil Engineer, your role involves assisting senior engineers in various aspects of designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects. This includes conducting site visits and surveys, creating detailed drawings and specifications using CAD software, preparing cost estimations and material requirements reports, and collaborating with architects and contractors to ensure project outcomes are met. You will also be responsible for monitoring work progress, quality, and compliance with building codes, as well as conducting tests and inspections for structural integrity and safety. Additionally, you will participate in project meetings, provide technical support, and stay updated with industry trends in civil engineering technology. Key Responsibilities: - Assist senior engineers in designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects - Conduct site visits and surveys to collect project data - Create detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software - Prepare cost estimations and material requirements reports - Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals - Monitor work progress, quality, and compliance with building codes - Conduct tests and inspections to ensure structural integrity and safety - Participate in project meetings and provide technical support - Manage tools and inventories used in project works - Prepare reports on Quality Assurance and Quality control Qualifications Required: - 1-2 years of experience in civil engineering - Immediate joiner, able to start within 2-3 days - Fluent in English - Familiar with Thane (Ghansoli) location - Comfortable with a salary range of 25k-27k per month Please note that the job type is full-time and permanent, with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund.
