About the job: We're Hiring: EV Electrical Engineer (0-3+ Years Experience) Location: Gurgaon, Sec 37 Experience: 0 - 3+ Year Key responsibilities: 1. Assist in designing and optimizing EV components including wiring harnesses, BMS, and power systems. 2. Help integrate motors, batteries, controllers, and sensors to ensure seamless system performance. 3. Support the development and execution of testing protocols for safety, performance, and AIS/ISO compliance. 4. Learn and apply EMI/EMC standards and ensure manufacturability of electrical systems. 5. Collaborate with mechanical, software, and testing teams for end-to-end system integration. 6. Contribute to R&D efforts for performance enhancement and cost efficiency. 7. Participate in diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical issues in prototypes and production vehicles Who can apply: 1. Diploma & B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields 2. Passion for electric vehicles and sustainable technology 3.
