As a Closure Manager at Phoenix Assurance Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in the claim verification and investigation process for private insurance companies across India. Your responsibilities will include assisting office managers in claim allocation, closures, and updates, as well as coordinating with insurance company managers. To excel in this role, you must possess a strong understanding of medical terminology, disease classification, and treatment procedures. Proficiency in English and basic computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office and email communication, are also essential. This position requires you to work from the office located at Shyamal Shilp Zaveri Building, Ahmedabad. The working hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday, with Sundays off and one and a half paid leave per month. Freshers with a BHMS/BAMS/BPT background are encouraged to apply. The salary for this position ranges from 15,000 to 22,000, depending on your performance in the personal interview, experience, and knowledge base. Immediate joining is expected.
