Junior Doctor (Female)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Female Junior Doctor (BMS/BHMS) to join our IVF and fertility center. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IVF procedures, patient care, and clinical documentation, along with excellent communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior doctors during consultations and IVF procedures.
• Manage and maintain patient case files and treatment documentation.
• Educate and counsel patients about IVF treatment plans and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with clinical and nursing teams for smooth patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Support in daily OPD and procedural activities.

Qualifications:

• BMS/BHMS degree from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an IVF, gynecology, or fertility setup preferred.
• Strong understanding of IVF process and reproductive health.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Compassionate, patient-friendly, and well-organized.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
