As a Digital Marketing Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for promoting our products on various social media platforms. Your role will involve creating engaging content, running targeted ads, and analyzing campaign performance to drive brand awareness and generate leads. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and drive traffic to our website - Manage social media accounts and create compelling posts to engage our audience - Run digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads - Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns to optimize results and ROI - Collaborate with the marketing team to create integrated marketing campaigns across different channels Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, performance bonuses, and yearly bonuses.
