Job Title: L2 Support Engineer Student & Faculty Application SupportLocation: Bangalore ( JP Nagar)Experience: 2 3 YearsQualification: BE / B.TechIndustry Preference: EdTech (Preferred)ONLY Immediate joiners

Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 support for student and faculty -facing applications.
Address and resolve incidents related to application functionality and user access.
Understand the overall workflow of LMS and admission modules.
Troubleshoot issues in a React (TypeScript) frontend and Java Spring Boot backend environment.
Run and analyze SQL queries on PostgreSQL to investigate data issues.
Monitor and support AWS -based infrastructure (basic level).
Execute routine Python and Shell scripts for automation and fixes.
Deploy applications in test/QA/production environments.
Prepare knowledge base documentation and user guides.
Coordinate with L3 and Dev teams for issue escalation and resolution.

Technical Skills

Basic understanding of:
React (TypeScript) and UI components
Java Spring Boot service flow
PostgreSQL writing and debugging basic queries
Familiarity with AWS services like EC2, S3, Cloud Watch
Basic scripting in Python/Shell
Experience with application deployment and environment configuration

Soft Skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills
Quick learner with a positive, solution -oriented attitude
Willing to adapt to new tools and technologies
