Role: Junior Graphic Designer (Digital) Location: Mumbai, India About the role: Working in true collaboration with our client, our goal is to be the leading agency partner for the development of stunning and effective needs-based content and digital media campaigns. Our client brands are at the forefront of contemporary thinking, utilizing in-depth insight for digital strategy and content advertising. They are dedicated to sustainability and brand purpose, requiring creative thinking in every brief, regardless of scale. We aim to create industry-leading, world-class work that is beautiful, smart, and effective. To achieve this goal, we seek a strong, highly motivated, and conceptual designer with beauty and BPC creds to join us in this exciting ambition. As a Graphic Designer, you will be an experienced digitally focused designer, managing design projects from brief through completion, providing new ideas and creativity while adhering to brand guidelines. You will produce designs to exacting standards, positively influence clients with creative input, pitch new concepts, and work on a variety of creative projects. What you will be doing: - Producing innovative designs for client websites, e-commerce pages, and social media channels. - Understanding target audiences and the client's marketing strategy to deliver high-quality results that positively impact consumers. - Collaborating with Sr. Designer to pitch creative solutions in response to marketing strategies. - Managing the preparation of finished files to comply with output specifications. What you need to be great in this role: - Minimum 1 year of experience as a digital designer (social media) with a passion for design and conception. - Deep affinity with layout, typography, and idea-generation. - Experience with After Effects and motion design. - Attention to detail, ability to work independently. - Creative thinker within design guidelines and various design collateral. - Proficient in Adobe CS. - Understanding of design principles, UX, UI, and Responsive Design trends. - Retouching experience. - Expertise in beauty and BPC brands. - Comfortable in a fast-paced client environment. - Passionate and inspiring creative. - Aptitude to learn new software efficiently. - Self-motivated, collaborative team player. - Discreet with confidential information. - Driven, proactive, helpful, and enthusiastic team player.,
