Junior Designer

The job revolves around creating customer-centric, commercially viable, and visually appealing brand designs within specific deadlines. You will be responsible for developing innovative ideas and strategies, managing brand campaigns across various marketing channels, and ensuring consistency in designs. A strong grasp of illustration is necessary to create original artwork aligned with the brand. Constant iteration on concepts is required to keep the brand relevant and attractive to consumers. Collaboration with the team to maintain design consistency and the ability to develop creative directions and dynamic content for campaigns in line with the brand's identity and guidelines are also key responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have 2-3 years of relevant design experience and a strong portfolio showcasing design and illustration expertise. Deep understanding of design principles and illustration styles is essential, along with proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Procreate, and prototyping tools. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are necessary, and prior experience in eCommerce, SaaS, consumer tech, or agency work is preferred.
