Junior designer

As a Junior Designer at Crossweave located in Sector 99, Gurugram, you will be an integral part of our on-site team. Your main responsibility will be to collaborate with senior designers on various creative and technical projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality designs. This is a full-time, on-site position with no work-from-home option available. Your key responsibilities will include assisting senior designers in executing design projects from concept to completion, working on layouts, concepts, and design modifications, and making necessary on-site adjustments to designs during project execution. You will also be expected to collaborate closely with the design team to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency in all design deliverables. To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 2-3 years of professional design experience in the industry, as freshers will not be considered. You should possess strong creative skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work under the guidance of senior designers. Availability for on-site work at Sector 99, Gurugram is mandatory, along with excellent time management and teamwork abilities. In return, we offer a competitive salary of 20,000 - 24,000 per month based on skills and experience, with an increment as per company policy.
