Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹24,000 per month (based on skills and experience)

Job Summary:
Crossweave is seeking a talented and experienced Junior Designer to join our on-site team in Gurugram, Sector 99. The role involves working directly with senior designers on creative and technical projects, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality designs. This is a full-time, on-site position — no work-from-home option is available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior designers in executing design projects from concept to completion.
• Work on layouts, concepts, and design modifications as per project needs.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to meet deadlines.
• Make necessary on-site adjustments to designs during project execution.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency in all design deliverables.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of professional design experience in industry (freshers will not be considered).
• Strong creative skills and an eye for detail.
• Ability to work under the guidance of senior designers.
• Must be available for on-site work at Sector 99, Gurugram (mandatory).
• Excellent time management and teamwork abilities.
