Junior Data Entry Executive

Role Objective:

To support the NPD and ERP teams in timely and accurate entry of Product Master and BOM details into the ERP system. This role focuses on data entry, basic verification, coordination, and ensuring all mandatory fields are filled properly as per SOP, under the guidance of the Senior Data Entry Executive and NPD Manager.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Master Entry

• Enter product specifications received from NPD/Senior Executive.

• Fill fields such as category, metal type, weights, dimensions, components, routing, and codes.

• Upload product images and support documents.

• Follow master data SOPs strictly.

2. BOM Entry

• Enter basic BOM data as provided:

• Components list

• Input materials & weights

• Routing stages

• Loss % and scrap mapping

• Update data after Senior Executive validates.

3. Data Validation

• Check for completeness of fields before submission.

• Reconfirm unclear details with Senior Executive/NPD team.

• Conduct self-check to reduce errors.

4. Coordination

• Communicate with NPD, QC & Production for any clarifications.

• Maintain entry log for daily progress.

5. Documentation

• Maintain organized records of all product masters and BOM updates.

• Track new additions, corrections & pending entries.

Key Skills Required

• Very high accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to understand jewellery product attributes (training will be provided).

Basic Excel skills.

• Willingness to learn ERP systems.

• Good communication & discipline in following SOPs.

Qualification & Experience

• Any Graduate / Diploma.

• 0.52 years in jewellery data entry or manufacturing data entry preferred.

• Freshers with good accuracy & learning ability may also apply.

• Data Accuracy: 9598%

• TAT: Within 48 hours per item

• Rework cases: Minimal

• Compliance to SOP: High

• Improvement in accuracy month-on-month
