Position Details

Position Title: Junior Creative Graphic Designer

Location: Cochin

Work Type: Full-time, Work from Office

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience

Qualification: Any degree or diploma (exceptional skill is valued over formal education)

Language: English fluency preferred

Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging creatives for social media, digital campaigns, and branding.
• Create print collaterals such as brochures, flyers, standees, danglers, and glass stickers.
• Work closely with the senior creative team to bring concepts to life with fresh ideas.
• Develop high-quality illustrations, layouts, and graphic elements aligned with brand objectives.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and bring them into everyday work.
• Support basic UI/UX design tasks (preferred, not mandatory).
• Assist in video editing projects as needed.
• Prior experience with mainline campaign design is a strong plus.

Tools & Software Proficiency

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Premiere Pro (Preferred)

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

• Experience with video editing
• Familiarity with UI/UX tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Exposure to print and mainline advertising
• Knowledge of AI tools (like Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, etc.) is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
