Junior Copywriter

Role Overview: As a Copywriter at the dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging and innovative digital content to drive brand awareness. Your primary responsibility will be to develop content that resonates with Gen Z across various digital platforms, expanding our digital footprint and connecting with audiences through creative and data-driven strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize and write social media posts, reels, videos, ads, banners, and other forms of digital content. - Develop concise, eye-catching, and innovative headlines and body copy for various digital materials. - Conduct research to source facts, statistics, and trends for content enhancement. - Brainstorm and collaborate with the team on new ideas and strategies to elevate brand presence. - Build and nurture a social media following by producing engaging and shareable content. - Research industry trends and competitors to create original, innovative content. - Work with campaign managers, creative teams, and designers to bring ideas to life. - Write across multiple platforms, including websites, blogs, articles, social updates, case studies, guides, white papers, and more. - Respond to audience queries and comments on social media platforms. - Develop content for e-books, podcasts, and other digital formats. - Identify content gaps and recommend new topics based on customer needs and emerging trends. - Maintain consistency in tone, style, fonts, and images across all content. - Review and edit content produced by team members to ensure high quality and brand voice alignment. - Monitor marketing metrics and suggest content optimizations for improved engagement. - Collaborate with other departments to brainstorm and implement fresh, innovative content ideas. Qualification Required: - Prior work experience as a content writer, copywriter, or in a similar role. - A portfolio showcasing published articles, social media content, or other writing samples. - Strong research skills using multiple sources to inform content creation. - Excellent command of the English language with outstanding writing and editing skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Genuine passion for creating viral content and staying on top of trends. - Deep understanding of Gen Z preferences and the ability to tailor content accordingly. - Experience creating engaging reels, storyboarding, scripting, and executing content on social media. - A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is open to feedback and new ideas.,
